MSEA UniServ Directors
MSEA UniServ
UniServ Directors are field staff members assigned to the local association by MSEA. They are here to assist the local members with issues that arise concerning the negotiated agreement, discipline, and any legal issues that may arise during the course of their duties. Additionally, UDs support the work done in the local when organizing around an issue that violates the contract or prohibits educators from doing their jobs effectively. Often UniServ Directors work collaboratively with local committees (Government Organizing, Member Organizing, and Early Educators) to support their work.
